To sign up on a roster- After you press the sub menu page of the specific roster form:

Step 1: Carefully enter all required information below. Required information is marked by a (*) symbol. Please note: all names and e-mail addresses of persons on your roster is required.

Step 2: The minimum number of players needed to participate in the sport must be on the roster in order for the roster to be included in the schedule. If a roster is received without the correct number, the roster will be wait listed until Intramural Sports receives an updated roster.

Step 3: Once you have completely filled out the roster press the submit button. You will need to make sure you enter the security code first.

Step 4: Once you have submitted your roster you will receive a confirmation that your roster has been sent. Also, in case there is a problem and to inform you of other information, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 1 business day of receipt of your roster with all pertinent information about the sport and the status of your entry into the league. If you do not receive this second confirmation letter, please resubmit your roster, call the Intramural Sports office at 453-1273 or come into the Intramural Sports office, located in the Student Recreation Center in person.

Step 5: Attend the MANDATORY CAPTAINS MEETING! If you do not attend or a representative of your team does not attend you will be removed from the league. You will also be required to stay the entire meeting.
